HCI Announces Town Meeting on Youth Survey Results

It has been seven years since the last survey of the Rose Tree Media School District youth to examine their view of life, school and community and how it all relates to their behaviors and personal values. This survey, designed by Search Institute, has been administered to more than 3 million youth from across the United States, and it reveals with great detail, how our children feel their community values them, their observations of risky behaviors and attitudes, their skill sets as well as their limitations. Parents, Employers, Community Organizations, Congregations, Politicians, Judges, Police, Coaches and Educators will not want to miss this event. Youth will be presenting the results with their own personal and unique views, facilitated by experts, the evening promises to be riveting and informative. There will also be a Community Resource Fair for parents and kids to gather information on all services available throughout the Delco region dealing with issues of drugs, alcohol, suicide, and more. Come early, it is FREE, and all are welcome! ss with HCI your ideas on mentoring or possibly your offer of time and talent to the program, please contact HCI by calling 610-891-6286 or visit www.hci-rtm.org and send us a message.
