HCI Enjoys a Day in the Sunshine at Pride Day

Dana Riker and Martha Grieco of HCI were busy all day sharing the message of the 40 Developmental Assets while manning a booth at the Middletown Township Pride Day event recently held on the Williamson School campus. The HCI Table was next to the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union’s Money Vault where kids could donate $1 to HCI and get inside the whirling dollar bills. Needless to say, HCI had plenty of visitors while families waited their turns. HCI is grateful for this corporate support by FMFCU.

Building assets for youth, families, businesses, sports teams, schools and more requires the combined effort and compassion of the entire community, not just a few individuals or groups. The process is gradual and slightly challenging for many, but the results are powerful, positive and worthwhile. HCI has the resources and talent to help your business build assets within the walls of your store, law office, bank or factory. Congregations and sports teams across our communities have heard the message and are recognizing the value of building assets and the outcomes of providing a positive environment for youth. Our local governments have supported HCI over the years so that the outreach can continue. The Rose Tree Media School District has joined forces with HCI to put together a unique and exciting mentoring program, which will unveil in the upcoming months. Riddle Memorial Hospital continues to support HCI with staff support and program initiatives. The Rocky Run YMCA bases all it does on the 40 Developmental Assets and is a solid partner of HCI.
